This is one of those tools that works perfectly. It's a chrome extension, so you log in to your Twitter, then set when you would like to get the email. Then you get an email with all your bookmarked tweets. Brilliant.
If you have been using Pomodoro timers before this one has a different look and feel, but the main feature is it gives you analytics. Really nicely designed app as well.
