Hi there,
How’s things? We’ve been trying out No Mow May here, which basically means you don’t mow your grass the whole month of May. This way all the flowers have a chance to bloom helping out bees, insects, and generally increase biodiversity. Turns out our front lawn has two massive crops of big daisies, they’re about 2 feet tall! Lots of interesting looks from people as they walk past!

I've never heard of this term, 3rd place. But since reading up about it I can really see why we all need one. A 3rd place is essentially somewhere that is not home or work. Sounds simple enough, but it's also really important for our personal and society's wellbeing. This article explains more in-depth what kinds of places those are and why we need them.
Agassi, Becker and a tennis secret
Depending on your age, you will no doubt either remember or have heard of Andre Agassi and Boris Becker. In the late 1980's and early 1990's both of them were at the top of their game. Only recently has one of them let out a little secret as to how they could predict the other’s serve.
clever tools
I have shared image compressors before in Edition 024 and the first ever edition, but I really like the look and feel of this. Plus, it's really really quick. Nice fresh look about it too.
This does look good. I am a big fan of calendars and lists, so I think this is something I will use. Basically, it's a life calendar that you can completely personalize. You can add long-term goals (like buy car, travel to New Zealand, etc), then you can add monthly, weekly and daily steps to help you get there. There are a few videos on the page where people have shown how they are using it. Here's a quick 3-minute explanation that I found the most useful.
fun stuff
I love this site, if I'm in the office and need to do something that's not on my computer I put this on loud. Essentially it's chilled-out tracks mixed, then the visuals are a looping image of a car at night. Honestly it's much cooler than I'm explaining it! Works best on desktop and full screen.
This is such a clever idea, it's a short animation but instead of being drawn it's embroidered. Yep, that’s right the animations are all separate embroidered pieces. Honestly how long would that take! Here's the link to the artist's Instagram with some behind the scenes.
